A podcast for health and PE teachers
The conversation after the sessions end.
Three health teachers. Three states. One podcast. Zero budget. Matt, Ian and Steve talk health education, shop, and everything your lunch table was too crowded to get into. Health drives the bus, but PE always has a seat.
Dustin Ambort, Brewers, Trivia, and 20 Minute PE Classes
Steve and Ian grab Wisconsin's 2026 Elementary PE Teacher of the Year in a back hallway at the Kalahari, a few hours before he picks up the award. Dustin teaches 20-minute classes back to back with no passing time, so transitions aren't part of the lesson. They are the lesson. Matt is in Ohio, texting about FOMO.
Every episode
Roughly every two weeks since April 2026. Skills-based health, the standards one at a time, teachers of the year as guests, and a running travelogue of Midwest conferences.
Three hosts, three states
One from Ohio, one from Wisconsin, one from Minnesota. All three teach health right now. Tap a card to flip it.

The three met on the conference circuit, kept running into each other, and eventually decided the hallway conversation deserved a microphone. Episode one, Is This Thing On?, is the origin story.
What people say
“A new kid on the block.” Andy Milne put the show on his list of the seventeen podcasts worth a health or PE teacher's time, and described it as the unscripted hallway conversation health teachers wish they had after a conference: practical skills, standards, real lesson delivery, and classroom management, with humor and takeaways you can use.
